I have read this article almost twice, and just could not agree more with every word.

Excellent article, one of the best articles I have read in last few days.

Some of the points you have raised, are also applicable to India as well. We also sometimes go in denial mode, the ”Akhand Bharat” syndrome. But the truth is there are so many states which needs utmost attention in India. And due to this self proclaim ”Mera Bharat Mahaan”, we just go on ignoring the major problems.

An eye-opener. Every word coorect though may not suit to the politicial expediency. Why the siblings want to adgere to their enmity? Ibne-Insha in his wonderful book ” Urdu ki Akhri Kitab” writes that we are Punjabis, we are Bengalis, we are Sindhis, we speak the same language, we have the same moors? Then why this India and Pakistan? Both of us are facing terror and insugencies, in India political ones while in Pakistan the ethic ones. The victims are the people of both the nations. Expose these agents of ISI and RAW who under the guise of press persons are masquerading. Allah, Bhagwan, God save us from them. The bloggers are the hope.

It has been verified that most of the millions we sent Pakistan to fight the fundamentalists went into gearing up the army for a war with India. Pakistan is not that concerned with terrorism, but it is very nervous about India.

We threw money at Pakistani to fight terrorism and Musharraf used that money to stay in power and feather his own nest. This administration is incapable of admitting any mistakes. Pakistan harbors terrorists inside their border (in proxy by not going after them), and the man gets praise for fighting terrorism.

I would like to make another addition...

NATO troops regularly report being fired upon by the Al Queda with pakistan army’s help , they recently torched 170 Humvee s and harbor notorious terrorists who are threats to US and India…btw the guy who killed Daniel Pearl will soon be released by the Pakistan Court

Let’s be clear here that pakistan is a “terrorist state” and never have any illusion that it is going to be any different.We have made a grave blunder by suggesting in the international fora that “Pakistan is also a victim of terror.” We should stop interviewing leaders from that country who mouth the same inanities that “you have not produced any proof.”Let us not fall into the trap of providing proof to the culprits.

More than 100 acts/attempts of terror recorded in the world since 9/11 have had their roots in Pakistan. More than 40% of the prisoners in Guantanamo are Pakistanis. We should categorically, unambiguously, unequivocally boycott Pakistan in all aspects for a decade or more. Pakistan is the only territory in the world where an army has a whole country under its control. The state policy of Pakistan is terrorism and their single-point program is to destroy India.

Pakistan harbors terrorists and therefore tacitly supports Islamic terrorism. They should be regarded in the same way as Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sudan and other untrustworthy countries. Their leaders listen to the requests of US government only because of financial aid. This is similar to our paying tribute to Islamic terrorist states in the nineteenth century.

the writing is on the well. US occupied Afganistan, Iraq and it is just waiting for the right time to occupy Pakistan and install its own government there.

Unfortunately the army, the politicians and the terrorists are working hand in glove.

I think the ordinary people of pakistan should take matters in their own hands soon before these bafoons destroy the country.

Pakistan has a special place in every Indian’s heart my grandfather was born in ravalpindi and migrated to india during the partition... i have been wanting to visit pakistan now for a while hope the day will come soon...

For now the people of India and the world are closely watching pakistan and hope that innocent ciizens of pakistan dont have to face the consequences of a few bad men...
